Also included was the 22 cases (less than 0.9%) where the complainant did not participate in the Commission's investigation or the Commission's investigation or the Commission was unable to contact the complainant.
3 330 complaints were reffered to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (Tribunal) under section 36(1) or section 33(6) of the Code. One further complaint, which had previously been closed by the Commission, was referred to the Tribunal after reconsideration under section 37 of the Code.
